Strengthen the evidence and guidance needed for credible air-quality rules.

Build a monitoring foundation that makes air-quality information more useful and accessible.

Develop institutional capacity for sustained training, knowledge exchange and regional cooperation.

Delivery approach
Monitoring supported by calibration, maintenance and training
Reliable monitoring depends on calibrated equipment, regular maintenance, sound interpretation and clear links to public decision-making. The programme connects technical deployment with training, data access and policy support.
